DR. JAMES WILHELMSEN | PIANO

Professor Emeritus

On the Conservatory staff since 1976, Director of the Conservatory for two decades,  Dr. Wilhelmsen has Bachelors, Masters and Doctoral degrees in Piano Performance from the University of Michigan.  He was a Fulbright Scholar 1979-80, studying in Vienna, Austria.  Dr. Wilhelmsen was Director of the Clarkston Conservatory from 2000 to 2025.
